Basic/Novice Level

Program Description: During this six-week course, we will teach you how to train your dog in basic obedience and offer advice on behavior issues. In addition, we will address the requirements, and prepare you for the AKC Canine Good Citizen Test.

Content: This course will focus on basic commands such as sit, down, stay, and recall, as well as exercises to prepare you for the CGC test and/or the AKC Family Dog Programs.

What to Bring: A six foot leash, treats, your dog, and a great attitude!

What to Bring: A six foot leash, tasty treats, a training collar, and you may bring a favorite toy or ball that does not make noise if your dog is not food motivated.
