Treasure Coast Kennel Meetings and Special Programs Information
Our Club meetings are held every 4th Tuesday of each month. We meet at our club house which is located
at 509 Georgia Ave, Fort Pierce, FL . The reason we chose Ft. Pierce for our club house is that it
represents a central location for the 4 counties that the club covers.
We do a variety of activities at the meetings. Sometimes we have quest speakers talking on various
canine subjects. Several times a year, the club combines a social" pot luck dinner" with club activities.
They are always a lot of fun. The camaraderie at the club meetings allow visitors and members to learn
more about the care and training of their dogs from others who have experience the same interests.
Club Meetings
January: Tuesday the 22nd at 7:30 PM. Program: Panel on Nutrition - Raw Feeding.
February: Tuesday the 19th at 7:30 PM. Program: Come help us with the final
preparations for our Annual AKC Agility Trial to be held on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th of
February.
March: 25th at 6:30 PM Program: We are having our Annual Awards.
Come join us to celebrate the accomplishments of our member for the past year. We are
having a pot luck Dinner, the club will provide the main entrée, please bring your table
setting and a specialty side dish to share.
April: Tuesday the 22nd at 7:30PM Program: Come help us with the final
preparations for our Annual AKC All breed show to be held on the 28th and 29th of
April.
May: Tuesday the 27th at 7:30 PM. Program: Talk on Nutrition. Dry Dog Food.
June: Tuesday the 24th at 7:30 PM Program: Dr Elizabeth Bybee.
July: No Meetings
August: Tuesday the 26th at 6:30 PM. Program: The TCKC is hosting its yearly
Puppy Picnic. We are having a Fun “B” Match. All dogs that haven't achieved their
championship are welcome to enter. We have 3 different classes, puppy 3 to 6 months,
puppy 6 to 12 months and adults. We have fun prizes. We are having a pot luck Dinner,
the club will provide the main entrée, please bring your table setting and a specialty side
dish to share.
September: Tuesday the 23rd at 7:30PM. Program: TBA
October: Tuesday the 28th at 7:30PM. Program: We are having our Halloween
Party and Doggie Costume Party. We have prizes for best doggie costume and best
owner/dog costume. We also enjoy Halloween treats for humans and canines.
November: Tuesday the 25th at 7:30PM. Program: TBA
December: Tuesday the 9th at 6:30PM. Program: We are having our Christmas
Party with our traditional Chinese Gift Exchange, please bring a doggie related gift
under$10.00 if you want to participate. We are having a pot luck Dinner, the club will
provide the main entrée, please bring your table setting and a specialty side dish to share.
We are also having a table decorating contest.
