Agility Training Classes
Come have fun with your dog in agility at the Treasure Coast Kennel Club. Agility is great exercise for you and your dog.
Introduction to Agility - Level I
Program: Introduction to jumps, including the tire jump, chute, tunnel and weave poles. Begin getting the dog accustomed to working on both
the right and left sides of the handler. Continue to strengthen control commands.
Maximum students per class- 4. Class is kept small to provide individual attention.
Pre-requisite: Must have completed a Beginner Obedience Class, have solid sits, downs, stays and come, be 12 months of age.
Final approval rests with the Instructor.

2012 Class Dates: March 8th, May 3rd, September 6th, October 25th
Introduction to Agility - Level II
Program: Work with contacts and contact obstacles including the dog walk, teeter-totter and A-frame. Continue building on the other obstacles that you were exposed to in Level I, preparing for off leash work and improving dog/handler teamwork.
Maximum students per class- 4. Class is kept small to provide individual attention.
Pre-requisite: Introduction to Agility - Level I

Beginner Agility
Program: Continue improving on the skills learned in Introduction to Agility - Levels I and II, pairing and sequencing obstacles and focusing on distance skills and handling techniques.
Pre-requisite: Introduction to Agility - Level II
